Digital Product Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of software license keys are final. Once a license key has been delivered to you, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds except in the following circumstances:

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under these conditions:

  • The license key has not been redeemed or activated
  • You contact us within 14 days of purchase
  • The key is proven to be defective or invalid
  • The wrong product was delivered due to our error

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incompatibility with your system (please check system requirements before purchasing)
  • Failure to properly install or activate the software
  • Purchasing the wrong product by mistake
  • Any key that has been redeemed or activated

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at info@rcsoftware.co.uk within 14 days of purchase
  2. Include your order number and reason for refund request
  3. Do not redeem the license key while your request is being processed

We will review your request within 3 business days and notify you of our decision.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in permanent account suspension. Please contact us first to resolve any issues.
